    8. Intellectual Property

    All platform content, branding, and technology (excluding User Content) remain the property of Playground for Entrepreneurs or its licensors.

    • Paid features are billed according to the selected plan
    • Prices may change with prior notice
    • You may cancel at any time
    • Access continues until the end of the billing period

    No refunds are provided unless required by law.

    • Update features or pricing
    • Interrupt access for maintenance or improvements

    We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

    11. Limitation of Liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    • Total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the past 12 months
